*Cheeri’s Relentless Reliability Guarantee is available to weekly and daily service clients. Hourly clients, please see our Peace of Mind Promise below. To qualify for this guarantee, the client schedule must be set at least 30 days in advance. Guarantee applies in the event Cheeri is unable to provide requested hours for a given week. Not valid if client cancels services for a specific day.
Our promise
For all clients, Cheeri is proud to offer our Peace of Mind Promise! If, within the first 30 days of service, you are not completely satisfied with the care provided by our professional caregivers, we will work with you to make it right.
This may include:
- Re-evaluating your loved one’s care plan to ensure it is tailored to their specific needs.
- Providing additional training or support to the caregiver assigned to your loved one.
- Reassigning a new caregiver to better suit your family’s preferences and requirements.
