What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept ACH plus all major credit cards. In addition, we are contracted with SCDHHS to service Medicaid home care clients.

Cheeri has developed an industry-leading hiring and retention program in order to better service our wonderful clients. Our administrative staff hand–selects the most qualified applicants who go through a rigorous training and onboarding process. We’re passionate about fit – if you are not completely satisfied with your caregivers, we’ll make it right. Please see our Guarantee Page for more details.

For Weekly and Daily package clients, if we do not cover 100% of your hours in a given week, your next week is completely free! To qualify for this guarantee, your schedule must be set at least 30 days in advance. This guarantee only applies in the event Cheeri is unable to provide a caregiver. 

Cheeri has a diverse selection of packages that you are able to mix and match based on your care needs. Generally speaking, if you need up to two hours of specific task-based care each day, our Daily package is right for you. 

If you desire more hands-on care and the most premium home care experience available, the Weekly package is all-inclusive with up to 30 hours of direct care, unlimited concierge services, and much more! Both Daily and Weekly package clients are eligible for our world-first Relentless Reliability Guarantee. 

If you would like a more traditional home care experience, the hourly care option may be a great fit. You receive all traditional home care benefits plus our Peace of Mind Promise.

Of course! We will work with you to either add hours or stack packages together. Weekly and Daily clients are eligible for 10% off of additional hourly services.

Absolutely! While we’re unable to offer a one-size-fits-all package for 24/7 care, we can customize a plan that’s just right for you. Both Weekly and Daily package clients are eligible for 24/7 support.
